New Liverpool Student Apartment Proposal - With Infinity Pool
Developers Signature Living are proposing the conversion of Daniel House on Stanley road in Bootle Liverpool into a 156 bed Student Accommodation scheme.
Signature Living are planning on including such features as a Roof Garden, Infinity Pool and Out Door Abseiling Wall.
Daniel House, an ex office block with 90,000 sq ft of accommodation over ground and 13 upper floors was acquired by the developer in January of this year.
