UWTSD has three main campuses in South West Wales – Carmarthen, Lampeter and Swansea ‒ and satellite campuses in Cardiff and London. Each offers a different kind of student experience while all share a friendly, community atmosphere. 

UWTSD received some excellent results in The Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey 2017, reinforcing the personal teaching and learning experience the University offers.

The Student Barometer is a survey of student experience. In the Global International Student Barometer and Student Barometer, Autumn Wave 2016, UWTSD ranked #1 out of 45 institutions for: Quality Lectures Class Size, Assessment, Personal Tutors, and Counselling Services.
